Thread: trying to hard

Well, I think I'm trying to hard with lucid dreaming. I want to take a break on it and maybe that will get me more as some people told me. Does that include not coming on this forum???

I think it may be helpful to stop all these daily lessons (reality testing, remembering to remember, watching for dreamsigns) for a few days once in a while. It worked for me this week: I trained hard for the first half of the week and then took "some days off" for the rest of the week. Now I had a total of 3 LDs during the weekend.

But I don't think it will harm reading and writing some posts here
