      Question

      Hi Forum!
I'm new to the forums so I believe a brief introduction would be appropriate (and fun!):
I've been lucid dreaming since I was about five. I first noticed when conquering my fear of the Boogie Man, lol. Anyways, I'm probably the most diverse guy at my school, I play sports, hang with friends on weekends, keep a 3.5 gpa, enjoy drag racing, a huge anime fan, a mega gamer, entreprenuer, did a lil metaphysics a few years back (like energy manipulation), meditated every day 4 a year (which I admit was highly boring and unnecessary lol, it brought me peace, did astral projection, OBEs, etc., but I must say I enjoy lucid dreaming more than all my hobbies. So of course thats way too much 2 keep up with cosecutively, so LDing was on and off.. But with a few random LDs over the past year, Ive committed to buckling down and increasing the skill.
Alright so, usually when I go to sleep I 40% of the time wake back up in a never-ending room of darkness, just blackness, nothing. Most of the time I'm too sleepy and I think I'm looking at my ceiling in my dark room at w/e time in the morning. At various times I capatillize on this conciousness like most recently, I said, "Okay, cool, I can have a lucid dream now." Then a door appears infront of me and light pours from the cracks of the door, I twist the knob and almost always step into a bright mountain/valley scenario where I then interact until I lose conciousnes. I often experience black outs or huge lost of conciousnes from having little to no action going on like a conversation or walking, where I will then wake up. Okay finally the question right? How can I prevent these dissappointing lucidity breaks or stay focused?
It has gotten pretty bad where I forget the reason I wanted to LD when I WILD and because I fear that I might fall asleep in these lucidity breaks I end up having extravagant sex (which isn't a bad thing but I completly ignore my goal that could help me more than entertain me.) and wake up after relaxing from an orgasm, lol. So because I LD 4 ways obtaining information and testing various schemes I create into real world situations and having fun as God, lol, I need Help!

To maintain lucidity, you can read these threads below.
I found them by using the search to find maintaining lucidity, selecting to search in the "topic title only"
      I hope it helps:
