      I was wondering whether this would help bring some lucidity.

      I was thinking I would go to sleep and wake up 6 hours later, same as a WBTB but I would have some math problems on the desk. I'd get up, and do about 40 math problems (10 addition, 10 subtraction, 10 multiplication, and 10 division.) Afterwards I would go right back to sleep. Whole thing shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.

      The point would be to awaken the logical side of the brain so when I return to sleep I would have more awareness and would become lucid alot easier. What do you guys think?
      WBTBs = 5
      DILDs = 17
      WILDs = 2
      DEILDs = 3
      MILDs = 12

      Total Lucid Dreams = 38
      Last LD = 02/21/08

      Try a sudoku puzzle. I often do one of these when I'm attempting a WBTB. I've had good luck with them.

      I also suggest Sudoku;however, I usually read a book (any book) for about 30 minutes when I'm trying WBTB. See what works for you.
