Transition Into Dreams

Is there anything you can do to pull yourself into the dreamworld quicker? You know those times when everything is black and you are staring at the inside of your eyelids, but dreamland is right there and you can sense it? It's like you feel as if you are inside your own head or something.Any techniques to get into a dream at this point?

Try focusing on one part of the dreamworld and just try to step into it, or zoom in on it until it is all around you

you mean like getting to a hynogogic state faster? I don't know >_> I was on the toilet once and I was very tired and I kept almost sliding off falling in to a dream, but I had to wake up not to fall off...

Try focusing on one part of the dreamworld and just try to step into it, or zoom in on it until it is all around you [/b] the best way to enter a dream faster. i guess u just have to relax ur whole body...i mean from head to toe and while relaxed focus on what u want ur dream to be...for example: i'm trying to get a dream where i'm driving a nissan 350z...all i have to do is relax from head to toe and just visualize myself driving the car...but, u will not noticed that u fall asleep and might endup in a car holding the steering wheels...it has worked for me many times...except i cant get one that i want and it's about me meeting with some girl i like in school...i want to get a hand on a piece like that....i've had dreams about her but i wasnt entirely lucid and didnot perform any actions..damn!!!!it [color=#CC0000][b]

I've heard that in things like this, it helps to try to open your dream eyes. I've never done it, but I've seen it in enough tutorials that it's probably worth a try.
