Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to have a proper Lucid dream.

Often i have dreams where i know i'm dreaming( which is the definition) i can mostly make my own decisions. Such as closing the door and locking it so a monster cant get it, or turning around the telling the monster it is simply ficiton( which kills them) but i dont seem to be able to do " anything".

Many people mention Lucid Dreams were they can do anything, say.. make a gun appear in their hand, fly, make fire, make people appear/disappear etc

I may be able to realise im dreaming and make sensible decisions,but im not making things happen, any ideas for helping me achieve this when i start to have a Lucid?
