I have another tutorial, and no its not about Dream Guides lol. This time its about something different. It's about your mental state and pretty much everything that goes with it, inside your Lucid dream..
Ok i guess I can start off like this...
Lucid Dreaming has been studied and proven fact in science sleep labs and all that. But what about all the techniques, like dream spinning, rubbing of the hands, plugging your nose and you can still breathe...Who came up with these, and why do we rely on them for us to either A) Become Aware that we are dreaming and B) Increase the vividness of our dreams..
If your not following me yet, because i know i dont word my stuff the best to my ability, let me give you a better example...
It has been known that if you try and look at the details of your hands while lucid in a dream, it will increase the vividness of your dream....Ok nice....but why must it stop there... Why do we have to rely on something like that, when were already lucid... Why cant we (since we are in control of our dream) put our hand through a wall and say ok, this is going to make my dream more vivid....i mean its your dream, why wouldnt you beable to have anything or everything help you increase you vividness..what is holding you back? the only thing holding you back is belief that anything and everything is possible...saying looking at your hands increases vividness..that gets into our SUB C so we BELIEVE it will..why not BELIEVE anything and everything will increase your vividness...Program your SUB C to believe inside your LD that you can increase you vividness by doing anything you want....You dont have to limit yourself to looking at the detail of your hands...(BUT IT HELPS) the only reason why it helps is because people have posted on this forum about it saying hey, looking at your hands increases the vividness of your dream.. I bet if someone were to say hey, sticking your finger inside your belly button increases your vividness, i promise you someone on here would try it and since they heard about it and inside their LD they are aware of the whole belly button situation, i bet it would work and increase the vividness of your LD..
What i am trying to say is...People will go to any lengths to either LD or increase their LD's....slow the heck down..and realize once you are lucid...ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE...there is no reason why you shouldnt beable to have your Lucid Dream be as vivid as waking life each and everytime you are lucid...
Now for beginners it will probably be tough, but you must understand the true concept of everything that i am saying.....
Let me give you another example..
Vitamin B6...I use it i'll admit, and so do alot of other people.. But why?
Simply for the fact that people say if you take it a couple hours before bed, it will increase the vividness of your dreams....And the funny thing is...It hasnt been proven scientifically (that i know of) to even do that.. Its a freaking vitamin your suppose to take during the day... People believe its possible because people say its possible.. Why not just get straight to the point...ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE INSIDE YOUR LUCID DREAM...But alot of people truly do not understand the concept...
People can become aware that they are dreaming without RC's, without doing anything to increase the vividness of their dreams, simply without doing anything but going to sleep at night...you know what they call them....NATRUALS!!
One of my good friends is a natrual lucid dreamer, he just goes to sleep each night and is aware right away that he is dreaming, he told me he spent like 3 to 4 hrs inside his dreams off and on the whole night..and it happened to him everynight...
It just blows my mind that people come up with these ideas of how IT MAY HELP with Lucid Dreaming..There was even someone on here that said he ate popcorn an hour or so before he went to bed and had an LD that night..he was trying to say that Popcorn helped him LD....Now im not bashing this fellow, its just flat out funny sometimes of what people try to come up with to say helps them LD...Stop trying to let your mind be tricked, and take control of it.....
Have you ever thought about tylenol..lol..im sure you have, but have you ever thought about it in this way... What if tylenol was just some pill made that had no harmful effects on the body or anything at all..just a simple pill in a bottle, goes into your system and blood stream and all that...but doesnt do a damn thing...What if our headaches only went away, because we thought, "hey if i take tylenol, my headache is going to go away" what if tylenol was only there just to trick us into believeing that, if you take this pill, your headache will be cured....Now i know thats not true, but put it with all the stuff about Lucid Dreaming..... "If i take b6 before i go to bed, its going to increase the vividness of my dreams" (think about that with the notion that Vitamin b6 hasnt been scientifically proven to increase dream vividness) note: to my knowledge, feel free to post a link somewhere stating otherwise
I havent taken b6 in quite sometime, I hardly even TRY to LD.. what i mean by this is, i dont keep a dream journal i hardly ever do RC's but a few times a week.. i just go to sleep each night and dream.. if i become LUCID i become LUCID if not, then oh well..
But you must look past all the mumbo jumbo and just understand truly and get it inside your head and SUB C that once you become Lucid anything is possible.. there is no reason at all that once you have had a good grip load of LD's that you shouldnt beable stay in your LD for quite sometime and have your LD vividness just be clear as right now.. All the RUBBING OF THE HANDS/PLUGGING OF THE NOSE/LOOKING AT HANDS is all trickory...dont limit your free will Lucid Dreaming mind to some stuff that you learned about in reality...for heaven sakes your dreaming...your mind is free....therefore anything and everything, is possible.....
