Last night was interesting, i managed to get to sleep and managed to control my excitement a bit, i awoke once during the night remembering a dream, i then woketo my alarm to try the WILD, i went straight back to bed rather than waiting an hour, my body became numb a little quicker this time and i felt a little more sleepier but not completely, i then got this annoying itch on my nose whilst i was numb, it was waking me up so i scratched it and bailed because i wasn't having too much sucess, i then just tried to get to sleep normally, but i think i may have come across a great way to get to sleep quicker, it might be just me but i find that if i can't get to sleep then just close my eyelids and let my thoughts wander, just jump from one thing to another, a way to boost this is by moving your eyes around every so often, i find that it makes me feel more tired and i get to sleep, i then awoke 30 mins ago and i remember 4 maybe 5 detailed dreams, what i also did last night was i tried a MILD before i went to bed and then a WILD anyways in the morning, i see nothing wrong with it, i gave a MILD ago previously but it seems to be improving my recall a little, it must be doing some good so i'm feeling great today, i want your opinion, should i continue with my WILDing? I want to because i don't want to be a quitter, and i'm sure that when i get bored of doing it i will feel less excited and be able to get to sleep whilst being aware a bit easier. I'm happy though even though i didn't get a lucid dream.
