Assuming you mean feel as in feel touch, pain, etc., you can expect that you will feel more and think what the feeling is going to be like. Note that you can't - at least I strongly doubt you can - get the feeling of sense as strong as in reality.

And if you have excellent control, you should be able to switch dream scenes to one that is more realistic. There's several ways to switch dream scenes: go through a door, a mirror, teleport yourself, spinning.

And by "really meeting him/her", do you mean meeting a real person in a dream? If so, I have heard a few claim it is possible. I'm very skeptic about this issue though, and I find it most likely that it is not possible.

I think that it has to do with how good your imagination is. I always find that whatever I've focusing on is sharp as day, but everything else is a little blurry. Dreams by nature are a little surreal, they are conjured up by your imagination so I would expect that if you are somewhere that you know very well everything will be clearer because your imagination doesn't have to work quite as hard.

I say this from experience, I was in my old house last night (in my dream) and everything was so real I had to actually poke my eyes to make sure that they were still closed. I even asked one of my friends that was there if my eyes were open or closed.

I have to go through doors backwards???? I don't know why- does anyone? BUT it always works for me. I think that you have to have had certian senses similarly experienced prior to heightening them in LD... especially in verbal cues- I wreck LDs when I try to speak French- it sucks!!!!!!
I don't know about the meeting people thing. I have this problem when someone from life pops up and I accept them there... if they become an intregal part of my LDs it seems that they are around my awake space more and they seem to acknowledge me more than usual... it creeps me out sort of could be a subconcious luring though.
