Hey, i've noticed in my dreams that i seem to have a sort of delayed awareness to a certain degree, i seem to be aware in my dream, not enough to become lucid but i seem to only realise whats happened a few seconds after but i don't get chance to think about it because i have to keep up to date with the next few seconds of the dream, if that made any sense at all to any of you could you help me understand why this happens? |

“Happy are those who dream dreams and are ready to pay the price to make them come true.”
Do you mean for example if you're reading something, you suddenly notice you haven't been paying to attention to anything you just read? Yeah, completely normal. Just keep bringing your attention back, eventually it should stay there. |

Hrm. I think I sort of get what you're saying, let me make sure. So it's like: You take five steps, without realizing you just took five steps. Then you are aware you took those steps, but only after it happened? If that's it, some of my dreams are like that too. I think maybe you aren't "grounded" in the dream enough. Like you are just watching it happen, like a movie, but aren't really paying attention. |
