.... ahh, man that caught me offguard!

Ahem. Anyway - it's possible that the weather could effect (or affect) your lucid dreaming if, maybe, thunder or storms are a dreamsign of yours. You might hear the thunder outside and if you're dreaming that thunder would be incorporated in your dream which could lead to lucidity.

However, generaly in my opinion, I don't think there is any scientific link between the two.

      LOL Ynot!!!

Since I WILD to become lucid, and need almost absolute quiet to WILD, then any type of storm would mess me up.

it could be..ya never know...the only thing like that that happened to be was when i did the WBTB and while i was awake i read a graffiti magazine and i dreamt about graffitit..so if you see weather while awake then maybe it could drop into dreams

there are some people that suggest that outside influences, such as whats in your room, or nearby you at the time of sleep, influences what you dream about. so, i guess if it was raining outside that could possibly effect it.

Sounds outside of your dreams can definitely affect what you're dreaming about. I have had plenty of experiences where an alarm in my dreams turned out to be my actual alarm clock, and sometimes I'd dream about TV shows, only to find when I awoke that the show I was dreaming about had been playing on TV in the next room loud enough that it could be heard in my room. Besides my own experiences, I've heard plenty of stories where people hear their alarm clock inside their dream as part of the dream. Since sound can carry into dreams, the sound of the rain falling could surely enter into dreams, causing dreams of rain.
