Dreams

What does it mean when you aren't having nightly dreams? Because, I haven't had and dream in about a week and I don't know whats going on.

We dream every night, however, sometimes we just don't remember the dreams. The older we get, the less we remember our dreams, unless we maintain our dream-recall ofcourse. It does not get harder to recall dreams though, it's just a question about proper recall. Lack of dream-recall can also be result of less sleep. If you only sleep 5 hours, it's very unlikely that you remember more than a few fragments.
