Movie Dreams

Has anyone ever thought of a dream as a movie. Most dreams I think are 3rd person and have conflict and plot sometimes. Maybe someone should write a play about their dream and act it out or something. Dreams are so much better than books! If you want, post you Movie Dream here. First Post btw.

I have never had a 3rd person dream. Mine are always first person. It is just me experiencing reality, just like being awake.

Yep - most people dream in 1st person. However, I know my wife usually dreams 'Movie Dreams' where she creates a story and is just floating around looking at it. She doesn't really have a body until she wants one. Personally, I dream in 1st person, but my 'eyes' often see in places that aren't possible from where my body is.

Yea same for me. It kind of changes in and out so you can see yourself some times. A lot of time I seen stuff that isn't even near me. Like today I was having a very movie like dream. Was on an island with some friends and was like a evil spell on the island and lots of wierd things where happening and people where dieing and stuff. Anyway we are walking down the docks and I see people sailing off and I am thinking "oh they never going to get away alive" then I see the boats sailing out in the middle of the sea, and I got like a birds eye view and I see them all eaten by this big sea monster. So I know I had to jump out of my body and be in 3rd person to see that, I doubt I was even within a mile of the area. Then it poped back into my body. Stuff like that happen all the time. What I get even more often than movie dreams though are like TV dreams, where you dream of like one episode. Same as a movie one but like smaller, normally with a few friends who you seem to know very good. Some times you even remeber past "episodes" when they never even existed and stuff heh. One other thing thats really weird, I was had a dream that was like a movie, at the end everything faded to black and then a bunch of credits poped up heh.

i also dream in the 3rd person, also the strange thing is my field of view often has camera effects, heh, that's what i get for taking a class in analizing cinema. -lor4x

One other thing thats really weird, I was had a dream that was like a movie, at the end everything faded to black and then a bunch of credits poped up heh.[/b] Yeah uh Im not gonna ask about that one....
