Actually trapped in a dream

So this morning I had a pretty frustrating experience that was kind of a mix of sleep paralysis and a lucid dream. I became lucid by DILD while in my room at home, had a false awakening and ended up in my bed. realized I was still dreaming, and was really happy that i still had a chance to have a bit of fun. Then I tried to get out of bed...and couldnt. I could like halfway sit up and then i would end up in the original position. I tried rolling over, and everytime I would almost be out of bed, something would pull me back into bed lying there. I was partially blind on my right side, which is the side I had to get out of bed. I tried rubbing my hands, rolling out of bed, levitating out of my body, closing my eyes and imagining a new dreamscape, just about every technique I knew. I was lying in bed for what seemed like 20-30 mins. I was in a series of FAs during this time as well. I kept looking at my window and wanting so bad just to get up and jump out of it. I was so relieved when I finally woke up for real and could get up to pee!

That sounds rather odd, but i'm afraid I can't realy help you, can anyone else shed light on this?

Thats i hard one the only thing i could think of maybe it could be a dream with a message in it, i have been having alot of those latly about work, it could be trying to tell you, you are stuck in a certain position in life and you want to get out. But there is a way to get out of everything just be creative sorry thats the only thing i could think of, or maybe it was just one of those random dreams, although i dont belive in just random dreams.
