Unfortunately I handed a journal that had all my stuff about lucid dreaming I explained my dreamworld what it looked like and who I wanted in it , I also wrote down my dream goals of what I wanted to dream about that night. Soon after turning it in I realized what I did I tried to get it back by making lame excuses ( I was to embarrassed to tell him what was really in it) So my teacher read it and gave me a D. What stresses me out is my teacher flips randomly through the journals and doesn't read EVERY single one so I'm not sure which entries he read. For a month after that I had trouble sleeping or even THINKING because I was so worried that My teacher was thinking about the journal and what was going on in my head. Finally I confronted him and sort of explained myself. My teacher was like I dont know what your talking about I wasnt even thinking about it , dont worry so I was relieved for a little while but then it dawned on me that he can remember at any time and at any moment knowing this has made it very hard for me to sleep comftorably let alone dream what should I do?
maybe you just shouldn't be emberassed, but think of it as maybe the teacher thinks that it's a cool topic. I mean, lucid dreaming isn't so terribly strange, and your teacher said that he wasn't thinking about it, so i'm sure it's all forgotten about. Just try to let it go, the anxiety of it should wear off soon anyway

In my past experiences....teachers don't care. They just don't. He probably read one entry like wtf? and gave it a D because there were words in it. Trust me teachers actually have a life, the last thing they are thinking about is your journal. Take it easy okay?

I keep a password-protected digital journal. Someone would have to get past my Windows password then the journal's password. I don't know why anyone would want to though...
