I was chatting with a friend recently about licid dreaming, at a point in our conversation we came into a "sex in dreams" topic and a "violence in dreams" topic as well, after this i told him that i had read in a book that to successfully have LDs one must have a healthy and clean mind. I asked my self and then him if this meant that one should hold himself back from violent movies or sports or videogames, sex, pornography and things like that....
I just haven't been able to answer my own Q....what is a "HEALTHY AND CLEAN MIND"?????
