I have had dull pain occasionally - but usually I awake to find I have slept with my jaw on the edge of the bed and it really hurts, or my hand is under my leg. |

Pain in dreams is pretty common. I usually don't feel the pain carry over into the real world unless I wake up straight from the moment of pain. Example this one lucid dream my dog was scrating at my hand because it wanted to be petted it didn't hurt but when I woke up I still felt that scratching feeling. There were also some other experiences like that with higher levels of pain in non-lucid dreams, those just tingled it was a weird feeling but still not painful. There are other dreams where I very vividly remember pain in non-lucids dreams that I didn't wake straight up from. It's not a big deal at all. Believe me I been stabbed before in dreams and killed and not wake up just before you die actually killed and not wake up. And I'm just fine, and it’s not like traumatizing or anything and if u die in a dream or break a leg in a dream u don't die or break a leg in real life. So u have nothing to worry about. |
