Poll: Amount of sleep & lucidity

I'm wondering what the average amount of sleep you get on nights that you have lucid dreams. It doesn't need to be exact. Just an estimate. For me I need to have about 9 hours of sleep before becoming lucid but I did get lucky the other day and had a lucid dream after only six hours.

I'm talking mainly about DILD's but please post if you are a WILDer or something else.

I am much more likely to be lucid when I sleep at least 7 or 8 hours. The longer the better, unfortunately I can't really sleep longer than 8 hours. I mean I wake up after that and can't get back to sleep. Once when I was travelling and sleep deprived, I slept 12 hours and had really good lucids.

I voted 8+ but really my lucidity depends on how long I get to sleep in in the morning. If I get to sleep late, I'll have an LD almost every time. But if I have to wake up early with an alarm, there's usually no chance of lucidity for me.
