Reality Checks

Id like to know what signs people look for when they do a reality check. For me I read something, look away and read it again. If it reads the same twice I know I am not dreaming... Post yours!

There's hundreds of RC aviable. My major ones are: Digital clocks Light levels Analog clock jumping few minutes at a time Words changing Photos changing

It's helpful to do them even if you have a hint something's out of the ordinary... What might work is observing your clothes and see if you remember when and where you put them on....

I check my digital watch a couple of times. Then I try to transcend into clarity and think hard about a dream. Hopefully if I think about a dream IN a dream then I WILL transcend consciousness.

If I'm in my room I look at my monitor (or will now) because it's black on gray and if ANYTHING is different, I pick that up. Other than that it's usually pushing my finger through my palm or another object.

Mostly putting my finger through my palm but thats usualy as a final check after i have a "hang on a minute thats not right" moment.

usually i look at a clock, look at my hands to see if they change into weird shapes, and stick my finger through my hand... or sometimes i can just know without doing all that stuff

i RANDOMLY throughout the day remember to do an RC just sticking my finger through a wall Randomly meaning whenever i happen to think about it
