help with speech for school

We need to make up a speech for the class that shows or tells them how to do something. Of course, Im doing lucid dreaming. If anyone has anything that they think I should put in the speech tell me im doing it tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated.

you should probably give a backround on what lucid dreaming is, then, depending how long the speech needs to be, pick a long/short technique to teach good luck!
