WILD and the ability to stay lucid

another topic for the godlike WILDers out there

I believe that the ability to WILD doesn't depend that much on relaxaton, self assurance, nor all of those long lists suggested in other topics

I believe the ability to WILD deals with the ability to stay lucid. The ability to have your mind (yes!) fall asleep and still be conscious enough.

In that case, WILD would be like "lucid sleeping", something similar to "lucid dreaming"

I believe that the ability to stay conscious even if you are in sleep state is what it takes to WILD properly. Sometimes I wake up from a WILD attempt in which I stayed conscious al the while, and for some reason, I could swear I was sleeping.

      I wonder what's people's opinion about this..

also, i believe that progress in WILD does also mean you will be able to maintain lucidity once you do get lucid

this does also bring us to that old question: is it possible to stay aware all night (without feeling lack of sleep)?

      bear hugs,

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.
