Has anyone ever played Nights into Dreams?

It was some game that came out for the Sega Saturn a long time ago. I think they are making a sequal for the Wii soon.

Anyways, I was playing the game a few days ago, this being the first time I played it knowing about LDing. The game takes place in a dreamworld, and I had this whole new perspective about it. For example, when the time limit ends, a giant alarm clock chases you and you have to run away and I just completely understood what that felt like, trying to focus on your dream so you don't wake. Also, your character can walk into someone else and the dream takes the perspective of that other character, which happens in my dreams where the focus is shifted off of me. The game itself isn't ABOUT lucid dreaming but I kept thinking about it the whole time. I am now excited about the sequal, hoping they will have more LDing parallels. I just thought I should post this in case anyone has this game from when they were younger, its more interesting the second time around.

Also, I saw a post (forget where) where they had a list of dream related movies to watch for WBTB, and I thought you might like to add this game. I will find the link to a picture if you want.

I don't know this game and I hadn't a Sega Saturn, too, but I'm curious. Post that picture

Love that game, in fact it's probably my favorite. Awesome high-score game with some really nice, well researched levels based around dreaming. I like how they snuck dream signs such as
      device failure into it.

The sequel however seems to be a train wreck. Not enough development time, not anywhere near as abstract and dream-like as the first and the gameplay system's been messed with too much.

Still, I owe my interest in lucid dreaming to NiGHTS into Dreams. Awesome, awesome game.

      Brilliant soundtrack too.

Oh and some nice gameplay videos for you:

I'm sad to hear the sequal isn't going to be, for lack of a better word, dreamy. I feel so corny saying that...

Here is the cover of the game
