It seems that you're in same practice level than i am i want to ask some questions, but i dont need because you create same post as i would do

I feel this too I feel that i can move it, but its like locked especially i feel it in my hands I think it is not SP, just relaxation, numbness...

Can't say for sure. I know the feeling... but it also feels as though you would be able to move if you really wanted to.
But if you did move, did you perhaps simply cancel the SP chemicals in your body?

So it might be SP, or maybe not... does it really matter though?
Its a natural step in WILD

There is a small structure located within your brain that is responsible for sleep paralysis. This structure works by interrupting voluntary muscle control to the rest of your body.

This keeps you from acting out your dreams while asleep.

I have found that when you are in sleep paralysis, it is almost impossible to move. If you can move some body part easily, then you are NOT in sleep paralysis.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
