I need to know, what yall did after dream recall because i can never realise that im dreaming. Please!!!!! Tell me what yall did to help realise that ur dreaming!!

Uhmm...what I think you are trying to say is that you want to know what to do next after you've improved your dream recall, right (if so, then I should become an interpreter...)? Anyways, now is the time that you must experiment with the different techniques. If you haven't started doing regular RCs yet, then do so. Experiment with MILD and the different forms of WILD. This part takes time, so be patient, stay confident and keep a positive attitude.

Hey, well after building your recall keep at it, keep remembering more and more, but also try analysing your dreams to find dream signs for you to recognise, also try and do some reality checks during the day, they also help alot. Things will definately improve, just keep at it

After I built up recall I did reality checks, lots of them, read some of my dream journal before going to sleep, and I tried to go to bed early. when I go to bed early I seem to remember more dreams and I am more likely to have a lucid dream. saint10 it looks like your grammar is improving, good job.

(Those sun chips look delicious)... be prepared to fail alot and just use one method don't try and do different ones if they aren't working stay with one for awhile and if you don't improve well then youuuu crazy. IDK good luck and I'm going to buy sun chips right now.
