Help with realism/dream sex/flying

Hey everyone I've achieved some LDs lately, and I had quite a long one just this morning via DEILD (Dream exit-induced). At first I had some difficulty with stabilization but I started rubbing my hands and feeling the walls and doors and other items, to increase the realism and reality of the dream world. The problem was maintaining a constant stream of realism and continuity. It seemed as though some parts of the dream were missing. And more importantly, the flying and sex aspects of the dream were less realistic than I had hoped. When I flew, I aimed for a destination (about 3 miles from where I started) and it just looked like I was "zooming into" the destination like in a video game, and wasn't actually flying. It was almost like the "pixels" of the dream lessened as I zoomed further. Hard to explain. And also, the sex. I remember certain points of it but it was very hard to find realism in this, and I couldn't even look at the girl's face. Any pointers? Would enhanced regular dream recall perhaps help with this? Or more self-confidence in dreaming? Thanks all

No one can achieve realism the first few times they LD. Just keep trying and it will come eventually. Also, you should try stabilizing your dream and making it realistic first, then when you accomplish this go for the fun stuff (flying, sex, war). All will come with time, go piece by piece and the whole picture will form.
