Thread: I need your motivation, mine has worn thin.

Hi friends and foes and all those in between,

Recently, I must say I have drifted far from lucid dreaming, and my dreams in general. I have had nearly 0 recall, and my dreams seemed boring and really just dry, nothing that makes you want to LD. However, last night, after speaking with Lucid Seeker, I dreampt I was in a six flags theme park (I am a coaster fanatic), and I could hear the coasters roaring. Most of the dream was centered on me not knowing where to find a certain coaster, though I never became lucid. So I wandered around the park, with some distant family for some reason, and It felt like life, not like most of my dreams which are like watching a movie.

This let me see the true potential of dreams, and really got me thinking again, of opening up that dusty dream journal.

Do you lovely peples think that I should begin to keep my journal again? I feel it may get my mind going. Is that the best way? I've tried supplements we all know of, but got no results.

I was quite involved in my dreams for a while, and had various LD's, but lost much reccolection of them when I stopped the journal.

Perhaps, by keeping the journal again, we tell our subconcious that dreams are as important as everyday life?

Any thoughts, reccomedations, hugs, encouragements are welcome, I want my dreams back!

dude same thing happened to me. i got bored and stopped using my dream journal but when i started using it again i actually started having lucids and stuff but that had alot to do with rc's also so yeah break open that thing and just write down what you can. even if you never look at again. good luck
