Hi everyonedulfulbundles here on DV.
I may be jumping the gun, but I have to say, Clairity, in one of her posts (I think WILD tutorial) reccomended switching rooms, if possible, or changing your orientation to become more aware for LD induction as well as recall. I did not like the way that sounded, but last night, changing my position at around 3:00 am, I put my feet where my head were, and went back to sleep, slightly uncomfortable in this new position. However I think this is key. Upon awakening in the morning, (I woke and went back to sleep 3 or 4 times) I had no less that 2 full dreams to record, each time I woke, and out of maybe the 8 I remembered in total, I could recall about 6 in exact detail. I just wanted to let people know, this simple-sounding idea, you can use in any way you like, may have more power than you'd think, since you probably will sleep lighter.
I'm not saying I beleive it will always work to produce vivid recall, as chance plays a large part, but it certainly can't hurt, if you go to bed aware of your new position in mind and physical form, and may give you some nice results.
Thanks Clairity!
P.S- (I have not done a trial on this for days at a time, but I plan to. Wish me results, and try it yourself)
