      Do you meditate?

Scientific studies have shown that people who meditate regularly also slip into lucid dreaming easier and dream with more clarity. Meditators also tend to need less sleep. There are also kind of benefits from meditating.

Here are some meditation sources if you're interested:

Well, I've never intended to reach enlightenment by meditation, but sitting down to collect my thoughts and calm myself is a daily ritual. Just a question, how long to each of you meditate, when you do? I usually never spend more than 15 minutes.

There is a reason for that.

Decades ago when my mother was still alive and I was still a relatively young man and had taken up Meditation, I told her alittle bit about it. She said, "Honey, that's called a 'Nap'".

I have always been interested in meditation. Since i am quite lazy I have not made an effort to look into it and or actually practice. Thanks for the informational links.
