      Must really sleep for 5hrs+ b4 it begin?

      Say, how abt in a usual normal afternoon, i decided to sleep in the afternoon for like 4-5 or maybe 6 hrs then get up is around night time/midnite and do things for 2,3 or even 4 hrs then go back to sleep? i'll have lucid dream for the rest of the night?


      Bcos i dont understand must we really sleep for 5hrs++ b4 it can even begin? then wadabt afternoon nap? It juz go to LD immediatly.

      Note:i haven experience 1 LD yet, is based around forum-er who say and my own analyze.

      Well your body goes through stages of sleep and depending on how long you have slept already this can shorten or lengthen various stages of sleep. So if you have already been asleep then the next time you go to sleep you may find that you enter a dream quicker than if you hadn't.

      Now as for you having a Lucid Dream for the rest of the night no this may not happen as their are certain things that need to be done to trigger a lucid dream. So you may have a Lucid Dream or a normal dream. Also you have dreams during the bodies REM cycle which rotates in waves. So you may have 15 minutes of REM and then it stops and the 30 Minutes of REM and it stops and then 1 hour of REM etc.

      So there are things that need to be taken into consideration.
