When you sleep walk that means that your bodies SP is not functioning correctly. When you are dreaming your body is in a state of SP so that you do not move or act out what is happening in your dream. When your SP is not functioning guess what happens? Yeah you act out what is going on in your dream.

      That brings up my question.

Is it possible somehow to screw up my SP function by practicing all this lucid dreaming stuff ? I mean I sleep on the second floor and I dont want to wake up on the first

Sleepwalking comes from stress and other bad things, if I remember correctly. Medications with side effects and such. Unless you practice lucid-dreaming on an extreme level, nothing will happen.

They are both different things, SP- state of being numb before falling asleep. Sleep Walking - When you go for walkies in your sleep, i think this occurs wen you don't go into SP for some strange reason and you act out your dream

I just remembered something I've been wanting to ask =)... Since in the state of lucid dreaming you can wake up so easily, is it possible that while I'm giving voice "commands" (this works great for me so I use them all the time ) in my dreams, I speak them out loud?!

No, if you yell stuff out loud, you would obviously wake up. You can't just have parts of your body in sleep-paralysis. Either you're completely paralyzed, or you're not paralyzed at all.
