Woot My First Lucid Omg Woot

OMG my first lucid finnaly heres how it went... First i remeber my dream before my lucid... I was in a place with my friend josh, we were all going to die. but for some reason if i sacrificed myself destroying something we would live and the workd would be saved. but i had a little change of heart i asked my friend if he would do it and he said sure. so i went to a place and some guy said, "You have to kill ragnoras". Ragnoras is a boss from world of warcraft. Then i said but hes dead and then im like ooo .npc del him... ok then i was driving to a safe place in a steel builiding. i was with a guy i felt so secure with him. then suddenly my friend killed himself making it so the world was saved but let off a blast wave i saw the people outside dicintergate. they died it scared me. but then we were ok.. the guy said if u feel anything weird from some side effect we got docters. i asked my stomach hurts. he said its ok thats stress and its normal. i was ok after this then suddenly... i woke up (i think i woke up) BUT my room was blurry like my eyes were moving ultra fast. i was hearing weird sounds really weird ones. then i was in a dream. we were in some sort of a speed chase in a car. then for some reason this has never happened to me before but i realised i was dreaming. my heartrate increased i told myslef stay calm stay calm dont wake up! so i did and suddenly i made our car go over another car. i closed my eyes and i was on a builiding. i wanted to fly so i jumped off and tried to miss (lol?) i closed my eyes accedently and ended up on the ground. i lost lucidity hear and dont know what else happened please answer the folloing questioons 1. WHAT THE HELLLLL WAS THAT THING WHEN I COULDNT MOVE? 2. ive never suddenly knew i was dreaming what gives?

1. Sleep Paralysis or SP 2. Umm what? can you be a little clearer?

As Mr. above answered 1) sleep paralysis, a natural occurence when you go to sleep cometimes lasting till you wake fully. 2)Hrmm, I can't answer you there, maybe you've been focusing alot on LD's lately? Then sometimes it can just hit you. Well done. Do periodic RC's, Keep subtly suggesting to yourself you want to LD and you should be having more soon. Don't go all out, but I would say focus on your dreams, let your subconcious know they are important, review the dreams in your journal and particularly this lucid, and go to bed relaxed and confident you have the ability. Well done, see you in your dreams.

tyvm everyone btw that sleep paralysis thing scared the living crap outta me..... first i was emotionless then scared then joyfull then i went into a lucid in a second i realised i was dreaming and i was soooooo happy
