      Brain bullet danger question

hey, i was curious about a custom brain bullet thing im trying to do

There is someone i would like to always be super man in my dreams it makes me feel more confident in reality, but im worried about the negative influences it could have on my waking life, would this be dangerous?.

I am super man in my dreams
I am only a guy in my dreams (hope this gets rid of the negative transfer)
I am happy to be a woman in reality
I am totaly aware who i am in my dreams
I can be anyone i want to be in my dreams
      I control my dreams

Would the gender swap be at risk of transfering from my dreams, and having a negative impact on my life? (damn superman, why are you a man) and could you change it so it could be less risky. or i would just have to settle for becoming super only when im lucid

... never thought about that. But I wouldn't really worry about it too much. I mean, how often do you plan on becoming Superman?

Then... I really don't know. Personally, I'm want to say "no you won't be hit with gender dysphoria" but it's such a fringe question that I can't be totally certain. How many lucid dreams have you had?

In that case, I wouldn't worry excessively.

It wouldn't be unsafe. A lot of people have dreams where they are a different gender and they don't act any more feminine or masculine. Dreaming of being a different gender isn't going to change your testosterone or estrogen at all

Theres absolutely no harm I can think of.

ExoByte is speaking truth. I've had several dreams, where I'm a woman, and look at me, I'm a... bisexual. Doh.

In your dreams you may chose to be anyone in the world who isn't you, but it won't change who you really are in real life.
