umm...i need some help.

well for the past month i've been on a dryspell....i dont know why, i just am. and recently my awareness has dropped dramatically, like i'll go more than an hour at times without a RC. i dont know whats happening to my awareness and my lucid dreams but i need some help/advice, please. anyone that can help i would appreciate it very much and please if you have never had a loss of awareness or dryspell like this please if ur not gonna give serious answers or advice i.e."it's cuz you're stupid" or "haha" please dont type anything.
