Now that I am growing more confident with my MILDs, I'm thinking I shouldn't bother with RC's any more. Is it recommended to completely stop RC'ing through the day? |

I wouldn't stop RCing until you reach a stage where you can LD at will (something LaBerge claims most people can achieve). You could try to RC only when you do a certain activity, like use the bathroom for example. |

Yeah I would do a RC when you do something that happens a lot like walking through doors or seeing someone that way you can get a lot of RC's in without making it much of a chore. |
|
If you have done well so far by doing RC's then i wouldn't stop doing them, keep at them, maybe i should do them because i think it would really help me out, i'm sick of having lucids randomly when i could be becoming lucid through RC's, stick with them. |
