I've heared a couple different things on this site about melatonin. From one of the tutorials I heard that it was a bad idea to take melatonin to get to sleep if you are going to attempt a lucid dream as it can make your dream recall worse. Also from another thread I heard that it was very good to take if you want to have a lucid dream...
