      dild the best method?

So far im having no luck in lucid dreaming, but im still trying. When ever i read peoples comments in this forum they'll have a list of methods and how much times they've achieved each one

      for example.

      DILD: 5
      MILD: 0
      WILD: 0
      FILD: 1
      etc...

It seems that DILD is the method with the best results. My question is it possible to make a DILD happen on demand.

I find it easier to reenter a dream after you wake up. I have had over like 15 lds by doing that. I don't know how to DILD on demand, there always random for me.
While there is a lower class, I am in it.
While there is a criminal element, I am of it.
While there is a soul in prison, I am not free.

DILD Dream Induced Lucid Dream this is when you just happen to notice you are dreaming and become Lucid or do a reality check etc.

What you just described was DEILD Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream, this is where you leave the dream and then re-enter the dream, by the dream ending and another one starting or waking up for a very short amount of time and falling back asleep.

DILDing takes the least amount of effort, it is just random. I know that I'm lazy about it, I only use other methods to break dry spells or if there is something that I really want to do.

Hmm...maybe the research team should do a project where they follow like, ten people and see how many techniques induced lucid dreams, and see which one was the highest scorer.

Well i believe that WBTB metho is the fastest, but it takes alot of willpower. i have not had many DILDs but they are my personal goal of mastery. when i have DILDs every night thats when i can die in peace. but it takes alot of faith. thats what i have learned.

Hmm, I'm not really sure the difference between DILD and MILD. Because both ways you recognize your in the dream after your in it.

It can be random, But not most of the time for me. You can force yourself to remember to notice your dreaming. And with practice it can be done almost on demand. It just depends on how often you pay attention during the day, to weather or not you are dreaming. since you dream about the same things you think about. You just keep the idea that this could be a dream right now, in your mind as much as possible. Eventually you will start to think about it while you are dreaming. Then after a while you will start to find dreamsigns that will trigger your Lucidity, almost every time you encounter them.

If you can get used to doing reality checks a lot, that would help as well.
But I tend not to use them to often. Sometimes you can start to wonder if you are dreaming, and then decide that it is not a dream. If you can train yourself to do a reality check when that happens. You can have a powerful Lucidity Technique.

Well here is the thing Westonci. When you DILD, it is done merely by chance as something must get hold of your attention to make you aware of your surroundings (something that is not normal in waking life). So it is because of this that you are not always ensured a lucid state, as it depends on out of place objects and situations.

out of place events and situations take place in my dreams 99.9 percent of the time. and it's not merely by chance that I notice them. I work hard to make myself notice them. actually more than half the time I will just realize I am dreaming for no reason at all. Just because of keeping my mind aware.

But if you can get good at wilding thats great! I can only do short wilds that I never count.
