      Dream possible in short sleep?

      Hey, so yeah i seen the 'stages' of sleep, where you usually start your REM period, aka dream time, in 90 minutes of sleep or something? My question is, you know those times when you are maybe in a car or umm anywhere. where you fall asleep for maybe like 15 or 30 minutes, is it possible you get in a dream within such a short period of time? or even get into a lucid dream?

      yes it is possible. i nap in class, and i have dreams sometimes. the cycles are shorter or something i have no idea. but it is possible. The Dreams are a lot shorter though.

      im positive. Mabey your recall isnt as good as others. work on a dream journal or something. It should get better, then you can remember them more easily.

      I sometimes have short dreams in the morning. I'd fall asleep, have a dream and wake up five minutes later.
