So i pretty much have to wake up to an alarm everday, was wondering if anyone had any strategies for prompting dream recall after being woken so violently? Im fairly well trainedm so that as soon as the alarm goes, ill immediatly get up, turn it off and turn on my lights. Trying to add doing dream recall/journal on at the end of that, think it will still be usefull?

Also any experience with dream recall during naps (ie less than 30mins)?
