      Powerade and B6

      I just started drinking Powerade recently, and I was looking at the bottle today and realized that it contains 10% daily value of B6. It also says that in each bottle there are 4 servings(this is a 32oz. bottle) I was wondering how much B6 this would be and how it would compare to taking actual B6 vitamins?

      B6 vitamins have hundreds of the percent "required", which is only a few milligrams. Mine are like 100mg, which is like 500% of the daily required. lol, I don't know if you'll get the same effect with your powerade, but you could always hope for a placebo effect

      I also noticed this too, a few days back, but it really isn't close to the amount that one needs in order to get the desired awareness. I say you dig deep into your pockets and get the $10 bucks or so I've heard 100 pills cost...

      (where I live 100 pills cost $30 )

      I got 100 50mg pills for like $4...I got them at GNC.
