Is it possible to lucid dream in a month?

Its almost august and school starts for me in September, so schools gonna distract me from try to lucid dream. I havent had any lucid dreams yet so im kind of desperate right now. Starting today im using my digital watch to do reality checks. Do you think its possible to have a lucid dream in less than a month if i do a reality check blitz. Ill do a reality check every single minute if i have too!

I'll bet you have a lucid dream tonight. Seriously. Count on it. Yes, you can achieve a lucid dream in a month. Everybody is different though - for some it happens the first night, while other seem to struggle for months. In your case, you'll have one tonight. Watch and see.

Seriously, pj is absolutely right! I find that the ability to Lucid dream is 50% belief/confidence and 50% finding the right technique for you. When both elements are present.. you can't fail! Ill do a reality check every single minute if i have too! Yes, what you ask is absolutely possible and has in fact happened to many, many LDers. I had my first LD within only a few days of learning about it. My second was within a week afterwards, followed by a third not long after that. That was three in my very first month and many more since then. Not every one will have such immediate results but, the important thing is that you will Good luck and don't give up.

I had one the first night that I found out about it. Dreams are made up of experiences that are new to you, lucid dreaming is new, you'll probably have one.

Probably? I'd be surprised if he didn't have one this month, actually, I am damn sure he will have one! I mean, doing reality checks is a good way, self confident (You're welcome) is a great way. If he does reality checks I am sure that he will have a lucid dream! Perhaps one tonight! No no no, He is having a lucid dream tonight!

Positive thinking people, approach this in the mindset that you'll have a lucid dream and you will. (probably) The speed you learn to lucid dream varies form person to person, mmany have one the night they first hear about it even.

Well I managed to it even though I thought I wouldn't be able to. I ended school on June 8. I ended up having a lucid dream on the 27th. And then from there I had a lucid dream July 1, then July 5, then July 6, July 12, July 13, July 19, and lastly July 25th. All I did was do reality checks everyday, record all my dreams, and also do reality checks whenever I woke up from a dream. However just so you know some of these lucid dreams only lasted half a minute because I still need to develop control, im just talking about all the ones where I suddenly *KNEW* I was dreaming and everything looked like real life.

I managed to have my first LD a little over a week after I learned what they were, and after spending some time working on dream recall. It's very possible! I wish you the best of luck

after three days of reality checks and dream journaling, I ad my first ld, and then another one at camp the week after (no luck since then, but i'm still trying). It's very possible, and good luck!

It is not possible to fully master the skill in a month, unless you're trying all the time, though it is possible to have several lucid-dreams (4) in a month.

I had my first one after 3 1/2 weeks of trying and had 5 in 8 days!!! then i went for a month without one. Naps seem to work best for me

I AM going to have a lucid dream tonight. Its perfectly possible to if you are confident with your ability and your technique. A reality check blitz sounds like it would help.
