      Dream recall

      I'm woundering how dream recall can help with lucid dreams, I'm not very sure, and I'm not sure were to look on these fourms... Could any one tell me or give me links to dream recall plz

      Basically, dream recall assists you in having lucids. You can see patterns in your dreams called dream signs. These dream signs should start to stick out in your dream journal after a while and you can start to do reality checks when you see the signs. You'll get lucid more often that way.

      Also, what's the point of having a lucid if it's just a blurry memory?? You remember a lucid only a little better then you remember a normal dream.

      Plus, don't you think it would be a little difficult to have a lucid dream, if you don't remember any of your dreams?

      I usualy can remember my dreams pretty good, but it has been so long sense I've actually recorded of them...
