This has been asked many times. There are many people who have already experienced this, and got over it, me included. I had a horrfying case of it. It's all a matter of perspective, you can't lose touch with reality anymore than you can anyway. Lucid dreams won't affect that unless you trigger that idea on your own. I really wouldn't worry about that if I were you. |

LDs and medical conditions
Another one of my little paranoid fears but do you think that prolonged LDing could result in someone losing touch with reality?

Yep that's pretty much it. As with many psychological conditions, it's only a problem if you think it is. Just remember that you are in total control of your mind (and if your not sure then ask someone to slap you around for a bit
).
