After reading Clairity's guide on WILD, I was planning on trying. I went to bed at 12:35am and set my alarm for 4:15am.


Even though I was tired, I just didn't fall asleep.....I wasn't starting to drift off until 2:45am or 3, so I set the alarm forward another hour. I swear....being tired but not falling asleep is so frustrating, it has been happening a lot lately and it's interfering with me trying to have my first lucid dream.


When the alarm rang at 5:15am I woke up easily....it didn't feel as if I just woke up from REM, so I decided not to WILD


After I woke up at 5:15am I didn't fall back asleep until 6. It's 9:24am right now and I have to go to the dentist. ARRGHHHHHH.
