ok.. soo ive recorderd 3 dreams on my mp3.. and so far outta those three dreams that i could remeber... they ALL included a vehicle then even in one i remeber a while ago... included a vehicle.. soo im guessing it maybe my dream sign... at least one of them.. but i cant be to sure.. soo if i try one more time and its a vehicle ill know NOW.. heres where im needing help at.. what am i to do once i find a dream sign.. and need to recognize it in a dream... and also if u dont reember having a dream until AFTER u awake and try to RECALL it... how can your view your DREAM while your sleep.... to even look for a dream sign.. this stuff is getting a little confusing.. but please HELP me as best as u can

Well, for me, it was a DILD - I just went right into a lucid dream from a normal dream. No WILD or nothin'. It came naturally, and I think it was just because I've been reading about it so much on here and wanting it to happen so much. Of course, the fact that there was one of my 'dream signs' right in front of my nose at the time helped... Short version: Keep telling yourself you want to have a lucid dream. Imagine it in your head - maybe it'll work. Or you could just try a WILD - that way your mind will be somewhat conscious while you're in your dream and you'll be able to concentrate on what you want to do a little more. Good luck.

Before you go to sleep, repeat to yourself "If I see a vehicle, I will do a RC", or "if I see a vehicle, I'm dreaming". If you repeat this until you fall asleep, you should do a RC or become lucid when you see a vehicle.

well your dreams are a reflection of your waking life. so if you do reality checks when you see your dreamsigns in real life, then it should eventually should transfer to your dreams. notice i said eventually though. it might not happen right away. but who knows? do keep writing in that dream jornal though. it helps alot
