Ok, im asking this cause schools coming up(For some of you ). Well, I want to continue my LDing expierence as best as I can, but I need help. Whats the best way to practice LDing at your fullest, but not being tired every morning. I was thinking just do DILD, but, will it effect my sleep in the morning for school?
