      LDing and School

Ok, im asking this cause schools coming up(For some of you ). Well, I want to continue my LDing expierence as best as I can, but I need help. Whats the best way to practice LDing at your fullest, but not being tired every morning. I was thinking just do DILD, but, will it effect my sleep in the morning for school?

Anyways, post your patterns and what you do to adjust LDing cause of school!

      Thanks!

If you don't stay up to late your sleeping patterns should be fine if you got DILD's down

To do some successful WBTB's your going to have to go to bed earlier to accomadate for time. Or DILD's either one should do.

      Hey there,

My advice would be to find out how much sleep your body needs (for most people it's 8 hours, for some its considerably less, for some its more), and make sure you get it. Then settle into a sleep pattern.

The most important thing I think is to ensure that you get enough sleep, and that you don't change your sleep pattern too much/often. Getting up at 8am in the morning, 2pm the next day, 10am the day after and 4am the day after that makes it really hard for your biorythme to adjust... which in turns leads you to getting exhausted and sleeping really deep, even if you get your 8 hours of sleep each day. The two go hand in hand.

      Hope that helps,

If your starting school again soon and you want to keep your lucid dreaming on schedule then maybe go to bed an hour earlier than usual, do not try techniques such as WILDs and WBTB because they require you to get up and that can really disrupt your sleeping pattern and make you feel tired in the morning. Just work on your DILDs by maybe performing RC's throughout the day and trying to recognise dreamsigns etc. I hope things go well!
