Does it effect your sleep in any way, I mean. I find I can only fall back to sleep and have louds of little None-Lucid dreams only with louds of Sleep in my eye, I don't get it. Is it a big thing for our body? Can someone give me some details about this stuff in our eye, and why it's my only key to going back to sleep?
Also, when I try and go back to sleep, I can only go back to sleep: My mind has to do its own thing, if I start keeping the 'I am dreaming' in mind, or try a VILD, I just can't go back to sleep, I really don't know why. Can anyone help me?
