So I found this website by accident and it got me to ld after at least a year of no ld's!!!So cool. I was in the middle of this dream where I was in my grandmothers kitchen when I realized she's been gone for two years, I was able to attempt the first challenge I read about here, course I didn't succeed , I got distracted it's been awhile! not understanding what a MILD or a WILD is. Someone explain? Thanks.

A WILD, Wake Induced Lucid Dream, is where you go from being awake to into the dreamworld wile being concious and knowing your dreaming. Most people go through Sleep Paralysis first. MILD is I think Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dream. But I don't know much about it.
