      WILDing

      Would this work in wilding ,


      1- sleep for 4 hours
      2- take deep brethes
      3- count like *brethe in*1 *brethe out* i am lucid dreaming *bethe in* 2 *brethe out* i am lucid dreaming

      Whatever works for you... as long as it helps you stay conscious while falling asleep. Step 1 is pretty much essential, because you're close to a quality REM state, as opposed to WILDing when you first go to bed, because even if you succeed in staying conscious to the first REM state, it's less than 10 minutes and low-quality.
      After that, you have to find something that will get you the right balance between staying conscious enough to recognize that you're falling asleep but not too unconscious so you don't lose consciousness when you fall asleep. Try out your method, if it doesn't work, try something else.

      I dident wake up fro my Alarm for some reason

      Well technically what you proposed above would work however it may be a better idea to wait about 5-6 hours instead, then your more likely to be right spot on a REM period in which you can enter, however it may not work because you may be too awake by then, 4 hours should be fine as long as you can remain consciouss whilst falling asleep, my advice to you is not to rely on an alarm clock to do the work for you because it will wake you up too much, its best to try and wake naturally because you can easily get back to sleep.

      I use my cell phone and turn up the volume all the way, and it works great! I've never slept through that.

      What you have to realise is that some people find it easier to WILD without using an alarm clock, because when using any for of alarm to wake you up it can sometimes make you too awake thus you not being able to WILD, it can be incredibly difficult, i think what Selmuir would be better doing is training himself to wake up naturally to try it.
