      Alarm clock in dream

Just about every week at least once I get waken by the alarm clock. But sometimes I will be dreaming when I am being by my alarm clock but the alarm is in my dream...for example.

      This is a dream,
I am walking into this ice rink where there are two hockey players and a small audience. THe music on my phone starts playing in real life and in the dream a small crowd enters the building very excited and jumping up and down to the music....I the wake up.

Real life senses get translated into your dreams. Any sound will usually translate all but perfectly then be explained in the dream by something random. The light levels will usually play a part in the light levels of the dream (perhaps why they are so hard to change?!?) Then any pain or weird feelings will be explained in the dream as well as any variety of bodily abnormalities.

I'm not so sure about scent or taste though. Never been a big enough factor for me to make any connections.

That's why the nova dreamer really doesn't work. Your brain will take the outside stimulus and turn it into something logical in your dream. My phone has affected my dreams many times. Lots of times my phone will ring in my dream, then the next morning I'll see a missed call from sometime in the night.

I live really close to railroad tracks, and the sound of the train gets translated into my dreams very often. I guess it's a dream sign for me, I should do reality checks whenever I hear a train whistle.
