Awesome Lucid last night using mp3

I know, I know, theres a thread on here about that MP3 already, but i just wanted to say wow, it really works. I listened to the whole thing last night but I had to turn it off because I couldn't sleep with that voice. But anyways, I think you should try it, it gave me an awesome, lucid-dream last night.

I've seen quite a few MP3's provided on DV, and sure enough, some really did help me. I think, although some of it's placebo, it does work to calm you, gives you focus, and gives you the confidence to lucid dream. I think I downloaded mine courtesy of Dv's Ninja..something something, can't remember, but I use the MP3 called "The Ultimate Lucid Induction", and a few times I actually wound up hearing it in a dream, sometimes getting me lucid! Anyway, I'm glad to hear it's working for you, I wish you many more LD's, let us know if you get consistent results.

Alright but i have a question about it. Do you use it to WILD or just go to sleep and it will wake you up in your dream? Or does it not really matter and you can use it either way?
